In a new development, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed decisions published in the Official Gazette, bringing about changes in the cabinet.
According to the announced decisions, two ministers who requested to resign from their duties have been replaced.
Yılmaz Tunç has stepped down as the Minister of Justice, and in his place, Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Akın Gürlek has been appointed.
Similarly, Ali Yerlikaya has left his post as the Minister of Interior, with Erzurum Governor Mustafa Çiftçi taking over the role.
